I move to incorporate the Hybrid platform as an additional and permanent means for Area 03 service members to attend and participate in Area 03 business. Additionally, I move to create a structure in Area 03 guidelines that supports having and managing the Hybrid platform for Area 03 business needs. These structure changes include; Remove Audio Visual responsibilities from the description for Technology Coordinator E. Technology Coordinator 1. The Technology Coordinator is appointed by the Administrative Committee. The Technology Coordinator’s suggested qualifications are computer experience in CMS web site design and maintenance, E Mail systems management, web hosting server management, online payment gateway management, a minimum of five years sobriety, prior Area 03 service experience, knowledgeable in Traditions and Concepts. Updates, maintains and oversees activities of Area Website, Email systems, Payment gateways and web server management including paying for website hosting, software and domain name hosting fees. To be paid from the Area Technology Fund. 2. Provides the admin committee with updated list of all website hosting and site management usernames and passwords. 3. Is available to all panels as an advisor on topics concerning the use of Technology in general service with a voice but not a vote. 4. Chairs the Website Committee, which meets at every 3-day assembly. Create a committee responsible for Area 03 Hybrid Needs Hybrid Committee 1 Should be comprised of individuals of which 3 will be fully funded to attend all Area 03 assemblies and events where Hybrid is needed. 2 Responsible for facilitating Audio/Visual/Recording as needed at the Sharing Sessions /Assemblies. 3. Responsible for configuring, hosting, and facilitating all hybrid sharing sessions/Assemblies. 3. Will be appointed by Area 03 Administrative Committee. 4. Responsible for the storage, maintenance, transport, set up of all Hybrid and AV equipment and ensure it is in working order for Sharing Sessions/Assemblies. 5. Coordinate with Host Committees to secure the appropriate number of volunteers to aid in the monitoring and management of hybrid in Panels and Main assembly. 6. Coordinate with Registrar to implement the processing of voting members who attend through Hybrid. Incorporate voting ONLINE into our voting guidelines Who has a Voice and or a Vote in Area Structure? At Area Assemblies A. Voting Members: Each member of the Area Committee when attending an Area Assembly must register at the Assembly with the Area Registrar. A group who is qualified to vote be allowed to register and vote as late as the last item of business under consideration at any Area Assembly. At registration, the member will be given a voting card with their home group panel assignment. *If the member is voting online, they will be provided a designation as a voting member through the Registrar process online.

2023-16 I move to extend the 2-year Hybrid trial into the next rotation until the Area 03 is able to vote on whether or not to keep Hybrid.
